YOUTH FAITH FORMATION

Besides social programs for all ages, Pilgrim also provides learning opportunities for all of our youth. Currently, all faith formation is being done virtually. We will return to our weekly, in-person learning activities as soon as it is deemed safe.

K-5

Sunday evenings at 5 p.m., children through Grade 5 are invited to gather virtually on zoom for a half-hour of faith formation. We check-in with one another, watch a Whirl Lectionary video, and talk about just how much Jesus loves each and every person.

Confirmation (6-8)

Youth in grades 6-8 gather weekly on Sunday evenings at 6:30 p.m. on Zoom to study the Lutheran Catechism and to explore their faith and its application to their lives.

Senior High (9-12)

High Schoolers are invited to participate in the “Dialogues on Race” study and the weekly Adult bible study. For more information about these two opportunities, please visit the “Adult Faith Formation” page. We are also experimenting with a High School-only virtual small group. More information will be forthcoming.
